WhatsApp Automation Savings Calculator

Most Kenyan businesses lose leads on WhatsApp without ever seeing it happen: slow replies, missed enquiries after hours, and staff buried in the same questions all day. Put your real numbers in below and see what automation could recover, in KSh, for your business.

Your numbers

Tell us how your WhatsApp works today

Rough figures are fine. Everything updates as you type.

Share of messages that are the same few questions (price, location, hours, availability).

Messages nobody managed to reply to, or replied too late.

Roughly what one converted customer is worth to you.

Of the enquiries you reply to well, how many become customers.

Share of enquiries that land outside working hours (evenings, weekends).

How the numbers are worked out

No black box. Here is the arithmetic.

  • Staff time per month: staff x hours per day x 26 working days.
  • Repetitive workload: that monthly staff time x the repetitive percentage. This is the share automation is best placed to absorb.
  • Automated conversations: daily enquiries x 30 days x the repetitive percentage, since a bot handles the repeat questions first.
  • Recovered lead value: (missed enquiries per month + after-hours enquiries per month) x average lead value x conversion rate. We show a low-high band, because automation captures a realistic share of these, not all of them.

Every figure above comes straight from what you typed in. We do not add outside assumptions. Change an input and the maths changes with it.
