Charles Kariuki

Co-Founder, Lead AI Engineer & Group CEO

Charles co-founded AI Consultancy Kenya and leads it as Group CEO and Lead AI Engineer. He has spent 10 years building websites and 5 years working hands-on with AI, and he started the company on one conviction: AI has to be built around local context - M-Pesa, county realities, the way Kenyan businesses actually run - not lifted from a Silicon Valley playbook. He still writes the code himself, turning a business problem into working software: the automation, custom systems and the AI that runs quietly behind the scenes. If it ships, Charles has had his hands on it.

Trizah Maina

Co-Founder, Head of Marketing and Growth & AI Research Analyst

Trizah co-founded AI Consultancy Kenya and owns growth and marketing. She builds the systems and sites our clients use, and as an AI research analyst she keeps the team grounded in what is actually working. She then makes sure the work reaches the right people in plain language, not jargon. With over 10 years in marketing behind her, she can ship the product and take it to market.
