The problems we solve

What gets in the way for Schools & Institutions.

Students are already using AI - with no guidance

Whether the school has a policy or not, students are using AI tools for assignments. Without educator guidance on responsible use, critical evaluation and when not to use it, the risk is high.

Admin staff are drowning in repetitive tasks

Timetabling, report generation, parent communication, fee tracking - hours of manual work every week that AI tools could handle in minutes.

Educators feel left behind

Teachers want to understand AI - to guide students and use it in their own practice - but most training available is either too theoretical or built for a different context than Kenya.

The institution has no clear AI policy

Without a policy, different teachers are making ad hoc rules. Students are confused, parents are asking questions, and leadership doesn't have a clear answer.

What we build for Schools & Institutions

Tools and training, built around you.

AI literacy training for educators

Hands-on, practical training for teachers and department heads. What AI can and can't do, how to use it in teaching practice, how to guide students. Built around the Kenyan curriculum.

Responsible AI guidance

Help your institution build a clear, honest AI policy - covering academic integrity, student data privacy, and how to handle AI-generated content. Includes a policy template your leadership can adopt.

Admin efficiency tools

AI-assisted report generation, parent communication drafts, timetable conflict detection and document handling - built around your school's actual systems and workflows.

Student AI literacy programmes

Age-appropriate AI literacy sessions for student bodies - what AI is, how it works, how to use it well and when not to trust it. Designed for secondary and tertiary levels.

Local context

Why a Kenyan team matters for your institution

AI training built for a British or American classroom doesn't translate directly to a Kenyan one. We know the context.

  • Aligned with CBC and KICD frameworks - we don't ignore the curriculum your teachers are already working within.
  • We understand the tech reality: variable internet, BYOD with feature phones, limited lab access.
  • Parent and community communication in plain language - Swahili-friendly framing where needed.
  • Policy templates that account for Kenyan regulatory and exam-board requirements, not just Western precedent.

Common questions

Plain answers.

Is AI training appropriate for secondary school students?
Yes, and increasingly necessary. We design student sessions to be age-appropriate - focused on critical evaluation of AI outputs, responsible use, and understanding what AI actually is (not science fiction). Teachers attend alongside students in most sessions.
How do you handle student data privacy?
No student personal data is used in any training tool we build. We design around privacy from the start and can work within your existing PDPA or school data policies.
Can you deliver training at our school rather than your office?
Yes. We can run sessions on-site at your school or institution anywhere in Nairobi, and travel to other counties for multi-day programmes. We can also deliver online for staff who can't attend in person.
We're a small school with a tight budget. Is there an option for us?
We price for the Kenyan education sector, not the international school rate card. Book a consultation and tell us your situation - we'll find something that works.
