- Are your tools compliant with the Kenya Data Protection Act?
- Yes. Data protection compliance is part of our design process, not a checkbox at the end. We work within ODPC guidance and can produce a data processing impact assessment for any tool we build.
- Can you work with county government procurement processes?
- Yes. We are a registered Kenyan business and can work within county and national procurement frameworks. Talk to us early in your planning cycle so we can advise on the right procurement route.
- Our co-op members are in rural areas with limited connectivity. Does this still work?
- We design for it. SMS and USSD options for member-facing tools, offline-capable data collection for field officers, and WhatsApp as the primary channel where data exists. We've thought about this more than the average vendor.
- How do you handle politically sensitive data?
- With strict confidentiality and no third-party data sharing. We sign appropriate data processing agreements and can work within your existing information security policies. If you have specific classification requirements, tell us at the start.
